If you try to be spontaneous, there will be nowhere nice to eat. If you don't mind eating at the general places in the park with chicken nuggets and burgers, you're fine. We did that for about 1/2 the meals. But if you want a nice, sit down dinner/buffet meal, you have to book it. Although I was pretty bored of the buffets by day 2, since they were pretty much all the same.
