This is from my post in March 2009, I had started Jan 2009 at 262 pounds myself.

I reached my initial goal of 210, but have recently made a new goal for myself. I am not actively trying to aim at losing weight daily anymore, but instead have made a goal to try to improve things such as eating healthier, keeping healthy exercise in my life, cut out snacking, sodas, sweets, etc.

I'd now like to get below 200, but I just wanted to also post and say I know what it felt like being 260+. It took me about a year and a half to make my goal, but I did it. Time for my new goals!
