Today I'm managing England's U19 team against Ireland. We have to win this match to advance. We are the hosts this year, and I really don't want to face the embarassment of losing this early. We might advance with a draw, but I don't want to take that chance.

It's overcast with temperatures in the 50's.

We are using the same lineup as our first match 4 days ago.
