9/10/2005 TERRIERS HOST BOURNEMOUTH

Tony Carrs is the only Huddersfield regular that is unavailable today so the standard lineup will be submitted with Booth and Abbott at the front.

29th minute: Pawel Abbott squeezes the ball between the keeper and the near post to open the scoring.
Halftime: Andy Holdsworth is replaced in the lineup by Tom Clarke because of fatigue.
57th minute: Chris Brandon scores off of his own rebound, 2-0.
77th minute: Gary Taylor-Fletcher comes on for Pawel Abbott because of fatigue.
90th minute: David Mirfin sent off for grabbing the shirt when beaten on a breakaway. Huddersfield switch to 4-3-2 flat and Nathan Clarke comes on for Jonathan Worthington to get enough defenders.
Fulltime: 2-0 Huddersfield wins!





David Mirfin will be banned for his next match due to being sent off today. Huddersfield are now unbeaten through their first eight games

Morientes and Cisse each scored as Liverpool downed Club Brugge 2-0. Arjen Robben scored Chelsea's lone goal in the 1-1 draw with Sporting CP.

9/15/2005 ENGLISH TEAMS WAKE UP WITH GAMES TO PLAY IN THE EUFA CUP

The following english teams will play today in the EUFA Cup: Middlesbrough (vs. Legia), Man United (vs. Hajduk), Bolton (vs. Metalurgs), and Everton (vs. Willem II).

Results: Middlesbrough win 2-0, Man United win 3-0, Bolton draw 1-1, Everton win 2-0.
