Start SB (7/29)- 199.6
Weight - 193.0
Exercise - Body Combat (-600 calories) and Zumba (didnt happen instructors kid was sick)

Halfway through Phase 1 of South Beach and I'm down 6.6 lbs. A lot of exercise but my knees are paying for it, they hurt when I go down the stairs. It's weird, I've felt a bit of pain when I used to go running and I just kept going... it's different this time.
