So this type of detour is quite common and isn't the end of the world by any means.

Thanks guys...this is the same message we've delivered to Brett. In fact, I used my former college roommate as an example. After his first year in college he had attended more universities than he had credit hours (3 to 1), and he turned out just fine. Hopefully, he dedicates himself a little better the second time around.
