Were I to review this game, I would elaborate a bit:
"El Paso barely hung on to defeat Santa Cruz, their chief rival vying for the "Least Talented Roster" award, by a score of 31-24. Both El Paso and Santa Cruz have Roster Ratings of 2. Dustin Hayes threw 4 TD passes, but completed just 50% of his passes. El Paso's punter, Kim Wayne, probably registered the best performance of the day averaging 48.3 yards on 6 punts. Not much else noteworthy about this game. Move along, everyone, move along."
