So started back into Jiu Jitsu after stepping away for almost 4 years after I blew my Achilles (playing Softball, not BJJ)
Summary of first three classes back
1st - No major issues, other than feeling like a car hit me the next day
2nd - Pulled groin working passes from Spider guard, had to skip a class
Tonight - Still tight, so took it a little easier, but still managed to get a Gi burn on my face during open grappling.
Now I know why I missed it
