(03:39) Huge Final Weekend: Phelan Retires, Finale, Flag #100 (part 1) Houston is trying to avoid relegation as the final week approaches.

Both Houston and amblerabsbestos have 18 points but the Hippos are behind due to a GD difference of 2. Houston hosts Exile who badly needs a win to avoid auto-relegation while amb. hosts FC Real Deal

The Hippos are no stranger to the relegation line, finishing 4th and 5th in III.3 the last two seasons

(03:38) Huge Final Weekend: Phelan Retires, Finale, Flag #100 (part 2) Houston is still looking for a friendly this weekend, in search of flag #100 and really would like a special one, hopefully from a country with under 100 teams but we welcome any new flag.

The Hippos are very thankful to the teams who have played them so far on Hippo Friendly Tour #13: (Kenya) The Tricky Twitchers, Black Rock City Burners, (Cabo Verde) SL Benfica CV, (Bahrain) Al_Sharia FC, (Angola) Petro United, (Côte d’Ivoire) Gekar FC, (Andorra) Cintra Constellacio, and (Kyrgyzstan) FC N&N

(03:20) Huge Final Weekend: Phelan Retires, Finale, Flag #100 (part 3) This week sees the end of a career for a Houston legend. An original Hippo, Edwin Phelan, is retiring due to injury with 139 career goals

He was Houston's best scorer from the start, carrying the mantle of franchise scoring leader until this year. He led V.62 in scoring in S19 with 15 goals and still holds the Hippo record of 5 hat tricks

He left the team at the end of S21 but came back home 3 seasons ago so he could retire into the Hippo Hall of Heroes

His number will be retired Sunday

(14:42) Hans Jón Egholm named to Føroyar U20 squad For the first time in Houston Hippopotami history, a player has been named to a national team. Føroyar-born defender Hans Jón Egholm has been named to the country's U20 team

Said new coach Xacobo Armengol "Hans is one of the best young defenders to come through the team and I'm glad he was rewarded"

GM SterlingIce added "We've never actively sought national team prospects as the market always seemed too expensive so I think this is a huge testament to our coaches and training program"
