I see a lot of teams building for 5-10 seasons to tweak their teams just right, keyed on a couple of key players like stud uber wingers, the whole TDF debacle, building towards longshots teams, or some complete team training regimen like all passing training or whatnot. They're all built around beating standard 3-5-2 teams and while they rock-paper-scissors against each other, they seem to all be good at beating standard teams.
