Early in the 1st half, Colgate went on an 18-5 run to take a a 16 pt lead. Despite a valiant effort by PG Merle Tibbets in his last game, the Hawks were never able to cut the lead to single digits. Poor defense and poor 3 pt shooting did them in here.
