On the ladder (standings),
Saint Kilda and Geelong both have perfect records (5-0) so far, the Saints lead over the Cats by a better percentage. Carlton, Adelaide and Footscray all only have one lose (Footscray having played one less game), and Essendon, Hawthorn, and Freemantle round out the top 8.
Collingwood is just outside the eight right now.
At the bottom of the table, Richmond, Port Adelaide, and Melbourne have failed to win a game yet this year, all three teams 0-5.
On the scorer's side, the St Kilda Saints' Nick Riewoldt is having a storming start to the season.. the Saints have played five times, and Riewoldt has kicked THIRTY ONE goals on the season.
