I don't know what to say about FOFL... I'm guessing the deal is that there are 15-20 entusiastic owners, and the rest are in some state of disengagement. Regrettably, that doesn't seem to cut it -- we end up with teams that just go untended, and others that are clearly not being wisely/actively managed, and absurd delays in the draft. Now, the league is working to build up some draft timing rules (currently there is none, and we have seen teams spend literally days on the clock with no action taken by anyone) to speed things up -- which is good, but won't fix the "culture" problem there.
In any event - I'm just venting a bit. I enjoy managing the team, and am looking forward to this season, even though I don't think my team is much of a serious contender.
