I would love to be able to have two screens open at once. So I can check game plan and roster for example. Or as Vaevictis said, two player cards open at once.

Also. Please get rid of not being able to have your 3rd QB injured. It's so bogus to have to drop a player on the team just to add a 3rd QB for a few weeks. (not sure if this falls under what you're looking for here, but it's a thought)
