Yup - I asked for training ground improvements and after being rejected ("the players don't come here based on our training facilities, their motivations are financially driven" was their quote), I continued to plead my case.
Thankfully they backed down and they are in the planning stages of another improvement. We're at "Average" training facilities now from what I remember.
