With 20 games to go in the season we are actually 1 point ahead of the Devils and in 2nd place(the highest we ever been). I don't know if we will hold off the Devils till the end but at least we are close. It isn't so much that we are playing alot better its just the Devils have not dominated like they did last season. The whole conferance is alot closer than it was last season. While the Lighting are the best team record wise i am not sure they will just go through the playoffs.
I picked up left winger 23 year old Landon Bathe. Ummm so far he hasn't impressed anyone but Josh Green was doing much worse than last season so i figure it couldn't hurt much. I also gave Boyd Kane some games at the right wing spot but i am back with Shaun Sutter(he had gotten hurt). Sutter may have some upside to him. I like Bathe on paper but if he doesn't get something started he may lose his spot.
