#1 and #2 go down in the last week before the conference championships, shaking things up at the top! The new #1, Stanford, looks to be a lock for the National Championship. The only team, perhaps, that could overtake Rice is Georgia, and they will probably need to drill LSU into the ground in Atlanta. Although Colorado plays Texas Tech for the Big 12 title and can finish the season unbeaten, they seem to be too far back to catch Rice.
