General/Personal Update
Still waiting on the official results from the meet, will be doing an update once they come out. However, I did get an email from Lexi's dad with an update on her status. Here is what he had to say...
"Lexi went to PT today. He wants her back in the water now. He said her atrophy is causing misalignment in her posture and knees…fixable with therapy and strengthening. Her knee cap shifted when she did those hurdles…he said they can fix that with PT also. Everything is so fragile in those knees…stinks. He doesn’t want her to run…ever. Says she has more to lose than she has to gain. No breaststroke either. Encouraged her to just get really good at the other three strokes."
