Week 3

In Week 3, we took on the defending runner-up captain, Wild Bill and his Pitch Slappers. For the game, he was down two men, and he ended up losing a third to injury, leaving him with a total of 10 players for the majority of the game.

In the end, however, his team rallied when the Honey Badgers bats fizzled, coupled with some grievous base-running errors to end the game 14-11 in favor of the Pitch Slappers.

Top 5th: Leading 8-7

Dustin – FC

Top 6th: Trailing 12-11
Gonzalez – out
Sundell – 1B
Babin – 2B, Sundell out at 3rd

Top 7th: Trailing 14-11

MJ – GO

DeBree – No at bat, Halbreich off base

After this game, I am going to move the order around. I'm producing a lot from the 9th spot, but I think I can produce more from higher up where my other big hitters Dustin and Frank aren't getting it done. This may cause a pitching problem since Halbreich and I are the pitchers, but Halbreich is not doing a good job pitching. I'm not doing much better but definitely better than Halbreich's doing. Therefore, we're going to need a third player to step up and get it done on the mound.
