WK 2 Vikings at Lions

Vikings 34 at Lions 31

Our worst fears came true as Randy Moss runs wild thru our secondary. The Culpepper to Moss connection was good for 11 catches, 197 yards and 1 TD. Our defense was unable to stop the Vikings running either as Michael Bennett scored 3 touchdowns. Our offense was good as James Stewart and Reuben Droughns combining for 159 yards. Charlie batch threw for 278 yards 2 TDs and 1 pick. Johnnie Morton showed his extension was deserved with 4 catches, 102 yards and 2 TDs. Our pass defense was awful and our defensive line could not generate enough pressure. Stephen Boyd was the loan bright spot with 13 tackles. This will be an interesting season for sure.

Injuries: Charlie batch is 100% and Aaron Gibson has a bruised heel.

Next Up: We travel to Philly to meet the Eagles who are a 2 point favorite. While the Eagle receivers do not scare anyone QB Donovan McNabb could have a field day with our secondary. We come in with the number 1 offense and the number 32 defense.
