Hmmm…there is another 64 suitability guy on the board when it’s time for us to choose, so I take a look at him. He’s a lot better at player development, young talent, is younger, slightly better at discipline, and better at scouting and interviewing. Much better at play calling However, our guy is better at intelligence, by a lot, and motivation.
I make the switch.
We hire:
43 year old Dennis Kennedy, the former OC of Carolina, with a focus in QBs.
We make no other changes. We cut our salary by 50%, go 22 years younger, and still have a strong guy. That’s worth it.
I bump ticket prices again.
