I think you can justify Kansas sneaking in if they beat Duke, but I don't think Duke belongs. Throwing out the FCS game, they beat Temple who is Temple, and Northwestern which may be one of the worst FBS schools in the country (they just got beat pretty soundly by an 0-2 FCS school the other day).
Kansas at least beat 2 teams on the road that will probably be playing in a bowl this season.
