Expense Question
Are we "over budget" if we are over budget in the left column (based on budget) or the middle column (actual revenue I giess?)?
I am ok to cut Fred McConnell based on the left but not the center column. The left side tells me I still have a million I can go spend on FAs.

The only two things I look at are: 1) If you are under the salary cap to start the season (You can go to FOOL -> League Reports -> Financial Reports and check team payroll for all teams there) 2) If your team's final balance is negative (on each individual team, your front office page you can see a team's final balance in the bottom right corner for the previous season. Since this season has not ended yet however, you can see your team's current balance in the middle column bottom row called "Current Balance") Edit: So to specifically answer your question.. if you cut a player, the amount of additional expense it says it will add to your player expenses will be added to the central column. If it takes you below 0 in the current balance in the central column, then yes that would cause you to go "in the red" so to speak. Last edited by Alan T : 12-13-2008 at 01:44 PM. |
