FF Keeper Question...what 2 players should I keep?

I can keep 2 of the following 3 players:

E.James - new team with a questionable o-line
R.Brown - 2 overall pick - now without Ricky Williams
T.Holt - still a top receiver but now has a run oriented coach

Our starting lineup is 1QB, 2 RB, and 4 WR

Typically yardage and TD scoring system.

What's everyone's opinion about what 2 players I should keep

I would keep the two running backs, both of whom figure to be selected in the top 10 picks in most non-keeper leagues this year. Yes, your league emphasizes wide receivers, so that makes Holt a bit more attractive (and I have him rated very highly among WRs, personally) but it's hard to pass up that good of a 1-2 punch at RB, I think.

You have to keep Brown, and I think you could make the case for either of the other two, probably depending on how much you believe the roster setup inflates the value of the WR position in that league.

I have decided to keep R.Brown because of the potential and long term rewards.

The Holt vs. Edge is quite a bit harder.

I'd keep Edge as RBs are likely to be more consistent producers than WR.

In most cases I would probably say the RBs are must keep. But, since you start 4 WR, most teams will be picking up scraps for their #3, and certainly #4 WR.

Only other thing I'd look at is where you pick in the first round. If you are early, then you should be able to grab a decent #2 RB. If you are later, then maybe James is the right call as you'll be picking RB scraps at that point after factoring in keepers.

Brown and Holt. If you're starting 4 WRs you HAVE to keep Holt. James is on the downside of his career (his carries will start to catch up with him in a hurry, IMHO). Holt is also slowing, but I feel he's got a good 4 years left in the tank. James? No way.

I would keep Edge. Backs are just too difficult to find. Does your league give points per reception? If so, that increases Edge's value. Even with a bad O-line, I would expect a minimum of 8 touchdowns. With a WR, you cannot predict how many scores. Can you trade the guys you keep? If so, you can trade Edge if you need a top WR. Somebody will definitely need a rb in the league.

Try finding 40 WRs. Keep Holt.

I ended up keeping Brown and Edge with C.Benson, K.Barlow, and L.Suggs as backups

I drafted TJ Housh, L.Evans, J.Shockey (TE are WR in this league), M.Jenkins, A.Bryant, and C.Wilson
QB - E.Manning, D.Carr, and C.Frye
D - Carolina
K - J.Brown

It's a 12 team league.
Based upon not drafting a WR until round 3 (Eli was a 4th round selection), I don't think the WR are all that bad.

Any thoughts...and thanks for the one's already made.
