Well it wasn't us. It's pretty difficult for that to happen here because a tech can't just recycle a box back into the system without turning it into the warehouse. And once it's returned there there is a procedure they follow to burn in and verify the boxes are working that deletes all saved content. I haven't heard any information as to what region this happened in yet...
