R.I.P. Blackie Sherrod
Saw this over the weekend and totally missed posting here. I know we have a few Texans here, so this may interest them. Growing up, all I knew about Blackie was his Scattershooting columns in the Herald and eventually the DMN on Sundays. I never missed one. Once he retired/left, Sunday mornings were never the same.
