I interpret it to mean that he talks trash, does not back it up, and therefore deserves to be ridiculed. I hope he resigns with the Colts for more shanking in big games.

personally I think the kicker with the best career field goal percentage in history gets to talk a little trash now and then.

I think the only people a kicker should talk trash to is the other kicker, the mascot, and possibly the punter.
