This years Nfl Draft Qb's going where?

Bengals-Palmer
Panthers-Leftwich
Niners-Grossman
Packers-Boller

which leads to round 2

Simms-Dallas maybe?
Ragone-My namesake.. no idea really who is interested in him.
Wallace-Steelers(boy they love those qb/athletes)

Any thoughts?

I think the Steelers might take a stab at Ragone in the 2nd round.

don't underestimate Arizona...i think Arizona is falling in love with Kyle Boller...a Pac-10 QB whos runs well....not the best arm....kinda remids me of another PAC-10 Qb..what wad his name....oh yeah...Jake Plummer...look for them to try an land him in the second with their pick, or even trading down to grab a little later, or maybe even drafting at #6

They won't draft Boller at 6 (which would be a mistake, IMO). They seem to want Suggs badly!

Palmer - Bengals
Leftwich - Bears, they have said they don't want a QB in round 1...but Kordell is not the answer....If i was a bears fan I would hope they take him.
Boller - Baltimore
Grossman - Packers

Round 2
Chris Sims - Cardinals?
Ragone - Jacksonville?

After that I don't see any other QB going on day 1...Its really just a crap shoot after Palmer...Leftwich could go as high as # 3...or possibly fall to the teens....its going to be fun to watch on draft day.

not that i think boller would be a good pick at 6 but the part about "not the best arm" confuses me. didnt he throw the ball from his knees 60 yards through the goalposts?

Maybe he meant accuracy instead of distance? That's the only thing I can think of.

kyle's arm is the reason he's shooting up so high

Yeah, but we gotta see if he can actually hit anyone with that arm . That's Boller's major knock, and why I wouldn't take him in the 1st.

if im not mistaken it was the combine that really put him in the upper-echeleon...he ran a 4.63 i think...it stunned the scouts as only seneca ran faster, and this sent him upward

Boller has accuracy issues.. not that it would matter in arizona.. with such a stellar wide receiving core that has like a combined career record of 9 catchs for 150 yards

Simms i figured on dallas as Parcells won a super bowl with his dad at qb.. why not pick his kid.. heh

I think Jacksonville will pick leftwich.. unless carolina jumps in front of them..

If the cards draft boller they will try to convert him to a LB or something.

It doesn't matter who the Cardinals draft... he'll hold out because the Bidwells will make a draconian contract offer to open negotiations and piss off his agent. The kid won't sign until week 6 of the regular season, he'll get thrown in the starting lineup in a ploy to boost ticket sales, get his ass kicked because he's out of shape and has NO idea what to expect from NFL-level competition, get hurt, demoralized, and have his career basically ruined unless he's resilient and fortunate enough to start over somewhere else five years from now.

Well, Thats probably true, but i don't think Jake Plummer will ever amount to much in Denver.. Arizona's Offensive line is actually as good as denvers.. So really pass protection wasn't a problem.. and with that much time to throw, and the wr's he normally had.. Boston/Sanders is better then Smith/Mccaffery i think.. Denver only wins on Rushing.. Guess we'll see soon enough

I'm telling you, the Cardinals are cursed. The will never win the Super Bowl, as long as the Bidwell's own the team. It doesn't matter how good they look on paper.

Phoenix fans need to pray that Jerry Colangelo buys the team, re-names it to something more geographically relevant, and breaks the chain of cheapness and losing attitude.

I know being a Bengal fan doesn't leave me a ton of room to dis anyone, but the Cardinals haven't looked good anywhere on the field, on paper or in cartoons in the last 20 years. Even their ill fated playoff games weren't the result of looking good.
