Who wins this Tour de France this year?
I'm drunk enough to declare that I will be rooting for Ullrich thoughout, but not quite enough to realize that Basso will ride all over him. Poor guy

I would guess that the conventional wisdom is Basso. I'll root for Ullrich. Last year Basso wasn't as strong as I hoped he would have been, so I think that there is a good chance a relative newcomer will walk ...err... ride away with the prize this year.

It's way too early to tell, but the way I see it, the top candidates and outsiders are listed below.
Top candidates: Jan Ullrich Ivan Basso Alejandro Valverde Denis Menchov Top outsiders: Alexandre Vinokourov Damiano Cunego Santiago Botero Levi Leipheimer (Ullrich's best teammate)
