That pic looks bad. But look a little closer. Anyone here that plays golf will appreciate the position of the club head at the top of his backswing. Most of us do well to get the head parallel with the target. That is unbelievable torque in the spine. There are not many people that can do that. It is scary to think what he could do if he had any work ethic.

I think he uses the cigarette to help him keep his line on his arm straight.

Also, I wonder if he can somehow use the mass of his belly to help get more momentum on his swing? There has to be a way to take advantage of that weight in motion.
