So, my copy of CM shipped on March 8th
and I was billed around 65 bucks(gameplay.com) ...
Almost a month later now, I haven't gotten my copy. Do I have any recourse other than sending a giant fuck you e-mail to gameplay? Is it too late to call my bank and dispute the charge? Last edited by STK : 05-02-2003 at 10:51 PM. |

Sounds liek the service they used might have lost it...did they use FedEx or UPS or the USPS? If so, you should have an email with the transaction number and you could track it.

I have no idea what gameplay ships with, they don't give you that info.

No, you should have around six months to do this. |

FYI, they ship overseas via good old Royal Mail/USPS. Odds are its lost, and they wouldn't have a way to track it. You need to contact them (whether by email or phone). I've had mail order packages lost from others, even some sent via UPS. FWIW, I bought a couple of things from Gameplay recently and got them via mail in about 10 days, so I doubt this is due to any malice on their part, incompetence maybe, but not malice. If you do decide to dispute the charges, the first thing your credit card company will do is ask if you have contacted the vendor. The window to dispute charges is not indefinite. I've seen it be anywhere from 90 days to 6 months, so I'd check on that. Good luck.

It took me a long time from Gameplay. Did they send you a confirmation email?
