TCY: Playing players out of position
I just started a new game with UT and have a problem. I only have 3 good linebackers, so obviously I'm going with a 4-3 set. However, 2 of my 3 good linebackers are ILB's, so I have to play one at a OLB spot. Will his production be adversely affected? Has this been studied?

I don't think it's been studied tremendously, but from my experience, shifting ILB's to OLB hardly hampers their ability, if at all. I wouldn't worry about it so much.

I do this al the time in all of the FOF games. It seems like there are no ill effects, but I don't know of any studies.

There is a decrease in skills. But maybe by only 10%. Not much at all if any.

I never noticed a difference, and I mixed up my DLs, LBs, and DBs all the time.
