There was one obscure villain that I think could have easily made the list. Top 10. The cat from "Babe." That is one wicked little feline: "The fact of the matter is, pigs don't have a purpose. And you know what happens when a farm animal doesn't have a purpose? The master eats it. Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to upset you. But when you think about it, perhaps it's the noblest purpose of all." Baaaad kitty.
Or how about Zeut from "The Search for the Holy Grail"? How many people get called "wicked, evil, naughty Zeut"? She needs a spanking.
