I'm wondering if there is any tickets for the Tigers - Dodgers game tonight, considering I'm only here for two days.

I/We can pretty much sit wherever we want. I guess I'll get some $5 tickets and proceed to the field box seats when we enter the stadium.

I've been told it's a beautiful park, so why not go and check it out. Maybe even yell at Brian Jordan and say hello to Dimitri Young.

What's the Comerica park food specialty? Are the beers like St. Louis, $8.50 for the big boys?

I guarantee you there are tickets available for this game. The Tigers draw like 5,000 people or some such on average. I have only been to Comerica Park once before. It is a nice park. Great place to watch the game. I can't recall anything about the food and/or beer prices.

I was rather disappointed with my one trip to Comerica. The park was "new," but was only a slight improvement over New Comisky. All the food is the same with nothing notable. The seats don't offer a special view and you are forced to watch the Tigers. Of all the "new" parks I have been to, it is definitey the worst.

Go buy the cheapest seats, then go sit wherever you want.

I think its one of the nicer ballparks I've been to. Right behind Jacobs Field. If your disappointed with Comerica don't go to GABP in Cincy.

I think the stadium gets an unfair bit of criticism because the team that plays in it is awful.

Comparing it to New Comisky is silly. That place has absolutely no character.

I've been to the Comerica many times, and I can honestly say that I've enjoy each and every experience. The tiger motiffs and statues are very cool, and the view of the city in centerfield is nice (nicer than the actual city). I find the food to be pretty good and the staff to be friendly and helpful. I think it's a great ballpark.

Hmmm. Only person said they didn't like it. The rest said it was a nice park. 5 people like it, 1 didn't.

I was being sarcastic. They had seats galore available, except for the buy 1 get 1 free special.

Of course we didn't make it becuase the last pc we installed had issues... figures.

Oh well, we went to Big Bucks Brew House and drank some good micro-beers and watched the Cardinals get smoked.
