Trading drafted unsigned players
Is this possible in FoF? For example, let's say I drafted Eli Manning and he didn't want to play for my team, so wouldn't sign with me for any price. Is there any way, within the game structure, I could trade the rights to him away and let the team I trade him to sign him?
I know I can sign and trade him, but that bonus money hits my cap. |

I think there are workarounds available in a multiplayer league (where the commissioner can void a contract) but in general, I don't think this is possible in FOF - only signed players can be included in a trade.
Of course, the notion of a rookie not being willing to sign with you at any price is also not present in FOF, so the hypothetical you suggest above doesn't happen, either. |

We tried to find a way to trade unsigned rookies in Shiba and couldn't manage it. Luckily it was a sixth round pick, so the bonus money wasn't a killer for the team signing him. It would be a nice add on.

"void contract" by the commish, and then you require the new team to sign the guy to the required deal(in 2nd FA) and don't let anyone else bid on him.
