I can't imagine what I would have chosen as a tattoo at that age. My goodness, I'm saddened by what I chose at 25, never mind 10!

Haha, I am a stick in the mud as a parent.. I just finally gave in and let my wife take my oldest daughter (almost 8) to get her toenails painted with a very conservative color... I think a tatoo would give me a heart attack.

If it was the parent's idea to get a tat, that's bad, but if the kid asked for it and the parents caved in, that's even worse. Either way, a tat for a 10 year old just bad.

There's a lot of boys that wear earrings too... that's crazy.

I'm 18 years past 10 now and my mom STILL freaks out when she sees my ink. I've only had one for ~7 years, the other for ~2.

+1

I might, in pure theory at least, be able to imagine some incredibly unusual scenario where this might seem at least the tiniest bit less than completely insane.

Are you kidding? It'd obviously be sweeter if it was a lady in a bikini, wearing a sailor's cap, and winking.

It's on his left upper arm, near his shoulder.

I about flipped when I saw it.

When I was 10 I was scared of people with tattoos. So I'd say this bodes well for your teams chances.

You're sure it's not one of the temporary variety?
