Wanna be Michigans Defensive Coordinator?

I know everyone has to do this, but I still find it amusing. Has to be up a week before the job can be filled apparently.

My favorite part is the 40 hours a week commitment.

lol,

"Days - frequent evenings and weekends required" and it still only required 40 hours a week.

I would assume 40 is shorthand for full-time. If it's more than 40 then it's 40.

It sounds tempting, but there's a Head Coach position at Toledo I'm more interested in.

Full-time college staff members are exempt from overtime, etc., so it's just shorthand, as someone else said. But they do that for all FT staff positions in higher ed, not just the coach ones.
