Looks like to get to play my first online human game against Cincy. Any chance you are available Friday night? I might be able to make Saturday morning work as well. Other scheduled times might be a bit tricky.

I got hung again, I struggled to OT against a winless Maryland when I froze again. Maybe it is too cold here in Fla (38 degrees!)!

We have a chance to get our first win against a ranked team. I'm excited and nervous.

If I was more confident I'd bring in some recruits, but I'm just not confident about it and will be bringing in the next batch next week against Memphis.

We have a new campaign today at work, so it depends. Saturday morning, I can absolutely do, but I might be able to play Friday as well. I should know this evening.

Darrell Scott, career vs Oklahoma State:

2008: ~15 carries, 36 yards
2009: 16 carries, 29 yards

I will be home alone most of tonight and some of tomorrow morning, so I can be pretty flexible. Whenever you know your availability, let me know and I will adjust.

What higher charles mays receptions or darrell scott yards?

Seriously, if there's ever a year to go off, this is it. My DTs are inexperienced and losing Ugo Chinasa has eliminated my pass rush.

If you can't get him over 150, just turn in your controller and get the hell out.

Well, UVA pulls off the big upset against Clemson. I didn't think it was going to happen as we fell down early. But, late in the game we're up 17-10. There's less than :30 left and we intercept a pass and take it to the house to win 24-10.

My CB Parker now has 4 INT's and 4 INT TD's this season.

Playmaker anyone?

We also got a 3* commit. Not flashy, but a good start. We've moved into 1st on several key players, including the #2 K in the class - which based on the talent there seems to be out there could be a huge deal.

A&M handles Iowa State pretty easily to move to 5-0 on the year. Huge game on Logan's turf next week. This game has pretty much decided who won the Big 12 South each of the last 2 years.

Dola: It's great to be 5-0. We upset Clemson in a VERY tough game, but I think that our games against UNC, VT, and uh, another team that is rated a B+ or A- (I forget who) could very well be 3 losses.

I couldn't believe it when I saw you had 3 5*'s and 2 4*'s already. Your team will be so stacked for years to come.

Thanks, you played a good game too. Your QB has some scary speed and things may have been different had I not knocked out your starting RB so early.

Pitt managed to come out ahead of Cincy in a game that was closer than the 45-17 score would indicate. A number of late scores came after Cincy was forced to air it out and threw a few picks. MVP for Pitt in this game was the offensive line who opened some nice holes and enabled a consistent running game.

Impressive! One of my CBs from season 1 had something like 12 INTs and 10 TDs. He went pro, so watch out.

Our huge win over miami last week paid immediate dividends:

5* MLB Jonas Washington, the #2 MLB and #8 overall recruit in the nation signs with NC State. great awareness, good tackling and physical skills, we expect he'll be a huge addition next year.

Additionally, 4* JUCO Center Kyle Schroeder also signed with NC State this week. The #3 center in the nation, he's strong and looks to be a very good run and pass blocker.

Off to a good start!

He's a senior, so not a big deal.

Oklahoma State holds off Colorado, 87-57 in a game with some offense.

True freshman Justin Tepper was 24-29 for 602 yards, 8 TDs and an INT. His opponent, Cody Hawkins, was 30-45 for 630 yards, 7 TDs, and 3 INTs. Butler for CU and Mays for Ok St both went nuts in the receiving game, and Darrell Scott broke off a couple big runs and was also heavily involved in the passing game.

There were two big plays that swung the game in Oklahoma State's favor. Down 21-14 late in the 1st, Colorado dropped back to pass:

Oklahoma State scored two plays later.

Then trailing Colorado drove down the field with 22 seconds left in the half. Out of timeouts, Hawkins looked down the middle of the field, where unfortunately for him, I was playing CF with SS Antoine:
