I am slightly confused about the RFA part. If I have players at 4 years exp and under, they are RFAs? I only ask because they wont take more then a 2 year deal. Sorry, newish...

You are correct. It's only the guys that show up in the "Continue Free Agency" window that need three years.

Is it any player who was on my roster last season who currently has 4 or less years of experience? Some of the players I want to resign were rookies who only signed 1 year deals to esentially fill the roster.

They have different icons in your team roster window and will list their status on their player cards.

Ya, your own RFA's will show up in your continue FA screen, any FA 4 years XP or less is a RFA. And they have black marks on their dots instead of white.

Tennessee, Indianapolis, and Seattle have illegal offers of 2 years and 1 year on various players. Removing their exports for today. FBPro, wade moore, and SegRat, please adhere to the one free agency rule k thx.

It's a good thing we made this 3 year rule so that people would have to make "real" choices about the cap.

There were a couple of players in FA I wanted who were in their 2nd or 3rd season but they will not accept anything more then a 2 year deal. Do I have to offer a redicolous ammount of money just to get them to change their mind?

Two options there:

1. Raise the money to get them to sign for three years.
2. Just wait until FA2, when the restriction is removed, and sign them for cheap.

Part of the good of this rule is that it lets the free market prevail. If you decide to wait to get them cheaply, you have the option to do that. But in the meantime, if someone else decides that they're willing to invest real money in these guys, they'll get them.
