Upload Error

Getting the following message when trying to upload:

There was a problem inserting the upload record into the database.

I haven't set up the 2023 Schedule yet, so uploads aren't enabled. I'm hoping to do that at some point in the next 24 hours. (Or Wade, if you see this and can do it, that would be very helpful.)
