Well Bismo came back, but my screwup trying to cheap him out in FA1 cost me the money I needed to go after 1 more big name for the team.

I did the same to myself. Probably coulda kept DE Palma with a $8mil offer in FA1 but for a 66/66? I'll wait till next year and grab me a monster DE. No new signings for me this stage but I'm almost set for the season anyway.

He's definitely a good player, had picked him up as an afterthought a couple years back and he's creeped up almost 20 pts overall, then last year when Tasan overpayed for the DT that was playing DE for me, I slotted him in and he picked up 19.5 sacks and his ego got all huge and went out into the world so you could overpay for him  Glad to see I can supply so much talent for the league  And really I'm just bitter, I wish I'd have overpayed for him in FA1

I made a similar pick up in 2027 when I picked up Russell Hecht, the DE off Ben's team. He had a big year for me in 2028, 20 sacks, 37 hurries and 40 KDs. He didn't play much the following year as the CPU must have taken over and will likely get used in the dime package with Palma and hopefully retire with another Championship game.
