I love Top Gear. For those that want to watch it, full episodes unadulterated check out FinalGear.com :: There's Fifth Gear, There's Top Gear, And Then There Is Final Gear you can get any episode you want from bit torrents.

Top Gear has become one of my favorite shows and I'm not into cars either. Their challenges are incredibly entertaining. The transformation of cars into boats and the create a new police car challenges were hilarious.

You can get the UK version through iTunes here in the states these days - the current series ROCKS

I've been a fan of Top Gear for a few years now. That show is absolutely hilarious, and some of the races and challenges they do are a riot. Definitely worth checking out, even if you're not a car guy.
For those of you with Comcast, recent episodes are usually available via Comcast On Demand as well. That's how I usually watch them. Edit: For the uninitiated, here are a few of the challenges/races/odd things these guys have done, just to give you an idea just how bonkers they really are:
