How best to synchronize email?

Home laptop, Blackberry, work computer...what is the best way to keep stuff synced?

What I mostly hate is how when I delete an email in one place, it is only in that one place. I want to be able to access EVERYTHING; contacts, messages, folders, in between each of these devices. I also want the synching to keep unread messages in my inbox. As it stands now, if I save an opened email for later, it wont show up in another place when I try to go and read it. Of course, I can remark it as unread, but ugh. There has to be a better way!

Currently I'm using Outlook at home. At work I can setup Outlook too but stupid Novell Client gives it some troubles. Plus, I can only receive email at work and not send.

My phone is a Blackberry Curve 8330.
