That I believe! I get frustrated because I've asked a number of people my age (like when I was living in Mexico) to tell me the words so that I can identify them when my students are trying to get away with using them, and they flat out refuse to tell me because they are afraid of offending my delicate ears.

I'm proud to say that I developed both of these players in my farm system.

I only lost them due to my hiatus too. I had a hell of a team built up that included both Marks and Pederson along with Matt Gibbs and Ton Sakamoto.

Ahhhh what could have been!

I'd say developing the top 2 all time RBI guys is pretty impressive..

What sucks the most about this one is I know there is no way I will be able to stop going about building my teams as I am. I'm glad I enjoy playing the game for other reasons then just winning titles. Watching player careers is where I have the most fun.

Ok, this took me hours to write a sql query to do. Now that I have it figured out though, it should be pretty quick to do one for pitchers too.

I'm hoping to try to write several queries like this over the next few weeks to give random fun additional stats. (Also helps me brush up on mysql skills!)

What does this tell me? For those of you that are struggling to find those like 3-4 fill in players, for cost efficiency if you can find a youngster in your farm system that can at least not bomb in the majors, they can do an ok job as the filler.
