Perhaps a dumb question -

Is there anyway to record something on a computer that is live and on-screen? The reason I ask is because I've been able to watch the Lions live through certain sites, but if I can't be there live, I'm screwed. We just moved and had to give up Directv because of trees, so no Tivoing the Lions for me.

Anybody?

This is what I use: http://www.wmrecorder.com/

It detects streaming video and saves it to your HD.

So I was looking at this since I really need it soon, as I won't be around Sunday mornings anymore (mostly).

I didn't realize that it was 50 bucks. Is it really worth that much? If it really works as well as it claims, I guess I could shell out that much. It'll just hurt.
