Pro Rugby Manager, that was not bad with 3D graphics, last release was in 2005.
It was published by Cyanide who still release yearly cycling manager and latest Blood Bowl. Cyanide - Games - Rugby

I have it too, but I haven't played it for years because I heard concerns about some kind of secret software installing itself on computers...
