Homeowners foreclose on Bank of America office

Homeowners Foreclose On Bank Of America (VIDEO)

Hah! I love it, usually it's the other way around, but in this case, when Bank of America tried to foreclose on a homeowner, it turns out that BoA never had legal paper on the place, as it had been paid for in cash. So, the foreclosure was dropped, but BoA never paid for the homeowners legal fees as ordered by the judges..

So the lawyer decided to turn the tables and foreclose on BoA to get the money he deserved.

I still think there's a lot of paper out there that NO ONE knows who the hell owns, and a lot of fraudulent foreclosures.. (remind me to bring up the Foreclosure Rocket Docket in Florida that's basically a superhighway of foreclosures, a lot of which aren't nailed down)..

Until people start going to jail for fraud, there's too much money in it for it to stop.

Awesome. Of course my joy is tempered by the fact that my tax money helped keep BoA from the bankruptcy it so richly deserved.

That's awesome.

BoA was very deserving of this year's "Silver Poo" trophy.
