How far back does this go? I've never seen Rutgers in the NCAA tournament.

Awesome stuff. Just watched IU's big upset over Jordan's UNC team in 1984.

Nice.

Im watching Iowa/UNLV 1987. This UNLV team is considered one of the best ever in CBB. Iowa had 8 NBA players on their roster.

Both teams liked to press and run. Iowa was up by something like 20 at half and lost by something like 20.

Iowa finished the season 30-5.

EDIT: It was 58-42, Iowa at half. Great game. Horrible 2nd half. And Iowa lost by 3. As time wears on it feels like 20.

I think my son is as excited about this as anyone. He knows who the fab 5 are but never saw them play, has never really seen Bird, Magic, or Jordan play. The fact that he can watch them play in college is amazing to him.

It's cool, but its ,missing a lot. I want to see the 1998 Sweet Sixteen run by WVU but they aren't there.

So I'm running the Pittsnogle team in the background while I do other stuff. Fun!

Oh man, this could be cool. Gotta see if my son's PE teacher's shining moment is on there (former UGA star James Banks)

I'm trying to go through the best of Gus Johnson calls but there's not the "SORRENTINE HIT THAT ONE FROM THE PARKING LOT" game (Vermont-Syracuse)

Yep, found him. Not his "shining moment", that would have been the Elite 8 upset of UNC and young Jordan, but instead it's the Final Four loss to NC State.
Still, a lot of playing time & a nice sequence complete with close-ups and replay on an old fashioned three point play drawing the foul on Thurl Bailey.

I suspect that very very few of his students have ever actually seen a second of their coach playing, this is pretty cool stuff.
