IWS Results 189

1. It's Survivor 'Seinfeld vs Friends'. Who from the combined casts is voted out first?

10 George
8 Kramer
5 Ross
4 Newman
2 Phoebe
1 Chandler
1 Jerry

Most surprising to me was that Newman got so many votes. I get the thought process, but definitely thought ppl would stick with the main casts.

2. Who from the casts will go on to become the sole-survivor and winner?

7 Jerry
6 Kramer
5 George
3 Phoebe
3 Rachel
3 Chandler
2 Joey
1 Monica
1 Elaine

Terrible finish for Lainy...thought she would show a little better. Seinfeld certainly rocked the vote here, not surprising considering the FOFC crowd.

3. At the season finale, Jeff Probst announces the winner of the fan favorite award, who wins?

11 Kramer
8 Rachel
3 Jerry
3 George
2 Joey
2 Phoebe
1 Elaine
1 Monica

When I came out with these questions, I pictured George playing the Russel Hantz role, turns out I was dead wrong, and Stupid loves crazy/quirky.

4. In season 2, we have Survivor 'NFL Coaches'. Who from the current 32 NFL head coaches is voted out first?

12 Bill Belichick
10 Rex Ryan
7 Sean Payton
1 Norv Turner
1 Mike Shanahan

3 way race, that was real tight until the final 5-6 entries. The hoodie must have dominated Redemption island because...

5. Who from those same 32, is the eventual winner?

18 Bill Belichick
4 Mike Tomlin
3 Jim Harbaugh
2 Marvin Lewis
2 Andy Reid
1 Mike McCarthy
1 Rex Ryan

6. The fan favorite for Survivor 'NFL Coaches' is?

10 Jim Harbaugh
8 Rex Ryan
5 Bill Belichick
4 Mike Tomlin
1 Tom Coughlin
1 Jason Garrett
1 Lovie Smith
1 Andy Reid

And to the results....

First member of FOFC voted out:

2,880 - Vince Pt. II

The group who was on a major power trip, way too early:

3,168 - molson
4,320 - EagleFan
5,400 - britrock88
6,272 - stevew
9,216 - CUTiger
9,240 - MIJB#19

The providers of the whole tribe, but people thought they were threats and therefor eat only rice and can't make fire from here on out:

12,600 - korme
14,400 - spleen1015
21,600 - Solecismic
30,240 - Butter_of_69
30,240 - Pyser
31,680 - Barkeep49
48,384 - claphamsa
51,840 - CrimsonFox
55,296 - Toddzilla

Made it to the merge, got drunk during the celebratory meal and said something stupid:

56,000 - Raiders Army
86,400 - nilodor
99,000 - Julio Riddols

The real threats that finally got voted out:

108,000 - jbergey22
126,720 - Chief Rum
147,840 - PurdueBrad
158,400 - Karlifornia
166,320 - panerd
207,360 - chesapeake

Ran the challenge gamut but finally lost it on stupid balance challenge for chicks:

221,760 - RPI-Fan
247,500 - WarHammer
288,000 - General Mike

The third runner-up and received no votes at final tribal council:

332,640 - albionmoonlight

Only received 3 votes, but won the Survivor Fan Favorite award:

432,000 - Quiksand

And our inaugural Survivor IWS Champion...

564,480 - Dutch

CONGRATS Dutch!!

Haha. Funky math somewhere in the results, as I answered Rachel (8), Belichek (18) and Ryan (10) at least, but it wouldn't do more than get me out of the cellar.

Interesting set - I only got three of the top answers, but was still in the running.

You had Jerry (1), Joey (2), Rachel (8), Ryan (10), Belichick (18), and Coughlin (1). That should be 2880.

I apologize Lathum, you would've been third, but would not have affected the final winner.

I swear I didn't make it up.

Attached the spreadsheet, someone double check me.

Very cool, that's the toughest IWS I remember and must be why I eeked out the victory...lots of variables at play. Nice work, sublime.

I'll probably have IWS #190 up by the end of the weekend.

I find it interesting that 12 voted Belli off first while 18 voted him to be the lone survivor. Unfortunately I cant prove that anyone actually voted him for both since the entrants was 31 but Id be willing to bet it happened.

You must have confused this game for "I'm With The Right Answer" -- that show is down the hall, buddy.

I r bad at maths. 18 x 10 = 180, not 1,800. Carry on.

Ugh, this has been a rough go for me in IWS recently.

I thought there would be no way Kramer could win Fan Favorite after Michael Richard's real life put such a dark shadow over him

That is funny. I didn't submit an entry. Just didn't get around to it. My strategy was to go with Belichick the whole way.

I never got my head around the Friends and Seinfeld option, but I was considering going with George for all three.

Yeah, but I knew my two high point answers were 18 and 10, so I could figure out that part.

ehhh that went away after he parodied himself during Larry David's seinfeld reunion episode on curb your enthusiasm.

But honestly I've never been a Kramer fan. The firest couple seasons he did all goofiness it was funny but he never changed so his schtick quickly wore off and just wasn't funny to me. I think George and Elaine were the funniest people on the show. The best actors on it at least.

I DID vote Phoebe for both winner and fan favorite. I thought more people liked her. I don't recall rachel being popular until like the last season or two. I suppose NOW that jennifer aniston's uberfamous maybe that's why she got more votes. But at the time it was all Lisa Kudrow all the time especially getting all the nominations
