Mo Flash Mo Problems

So, yeah, my flash player isn't working. I uninstalled and reinstalled and no luck. I'm currently getting a blank white screen for all my streaming needs. Youtube just says an error occured. Everything else (read: porn) shows up as a blank white screen.

Anybody know what the hell is going on?

Provided its Firefox:

1) Uninstall Adobe Flash Player plugin in Windows programs 2) Launch Firefox and go in www.youtube.com 3) Firefox suggests to install Flash Player's plugin (yellow bar at top). Install it.

Don't worry. In a few months Adobe isn't supporting flash anymore, so you should be good to go.

Short answer: It sucks and is a memory hog.

Longer answer: I believe they have seen the light with HTML5 and have decided to support it and that it looks like it is soon to be the 'industry standard'. Sounds like they are just planning for the future, which is smart.

Ok, looks like I may have read wrong. Looks like it's for mobile browsers. Thought it was for everything.

Also, Apple said they aren't going to support it.

Ah yes, there's that too. I think it was one of Jobs' parting shots at Adobe.

If all that fails, upgrade Firefox to 13.0.1, that's what I had to do in order for flash to work once again.
